The bottom of the packing tower is equipped with packing support plates, and the packing is placed on the support plates in a disorderly manner. Install a packing pressure plate above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the rising airflow. The spray liquid is sprayed onto the packing from the top of the tower through the liquid distributor and flows down along the surface of the packing. Gas is fed from the bottom of the tower, distributed by a gas distribution device, and continuously flows in reverse flow with the liquid through the gaps of the packing layer. On the surface of the packing, the gas-liquid phase is in close contact for mass transfer. When the liquid flows downwards along the packing layer, wall flow phenomenon sometimes occurs, which causes uneven distribution of gas-liquid phases in the packing layer, resulting in a decrease in mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing layer inside the spray tower is divided into two sections, with a redistribution device installed in the middle. After redistribution, it is sprayed onto the lower packing layer.
Plant liquid spray deodorization washing towerIn order to prevent gas from carrying away the spray liquid, a gas water separator is installed at the top of the tower to effectively intercept the spray liquid. The circulating use of spray liquid may result in some loss during use. The circulating water tank located at the bottom of the tower should be replenished with spray liquid in a timely manner.

1. Users should carry out concrete foundation construction based on the basic data provided by our company. The installation surface of the foundation should be ensured to be on the same horizontal plane, and the bottom of the purification tower should be fixed to the embedded steel plate of the foundation with bolts or joints.
2. When installing the fan, precautions should be taken to prevent debris from falling into the fan. After the installation of the purification tower, clean the dirt inside the tower before testing.
3. Due to the flammability of fiberglass, the use of open flames is strictly prohibited during installation and maintenance.
4. The concentration of NaOH solution in the storage tank should be maintained within the range of 2-6. When the NaOH concentration is below 2, NaOH solution should be added. The waste liquid in the storage tank should be replaced according to the actual usage situation.
5. If the fan is installed indoors, the motor of the fan should be protected from rain.
6. The purification tower is managed by a dedicated person, who regularly checks whether the fan is running normally, whether the liquid level is normal, whether the float switch in the liquid level tank is normal, whether the concentration of NaOH solution is within the specified range, and so on. If any problems are found, they should be solved in a timely manner.
7. To ensure the liquid level in the storage tank and prevent the liquid level from rising or falling when the fan is turned on or off, after turning on the fan, open the float water supply valve. Before turning off the fan, close the float water supply valve first. The static liquid level height should be controlled at around 650mm above the ground.
8. The metal bracket of the purification tower shall undergo anti-corrosion treatment at least twice a year.
